The view from the room was fantastic, right near the beach. Check-in process took way too long, really congested with people. Clean rooms but outdated furniture. Great location for golf courses and restaurants nearby.

The oceanfront balcony on the 21st floor was a total dream! The spacious room and full-size kitchen made our family stay so comfortable and fun. Plus, the staff was super friendly, adding to the fantastic experience!

The valet staff was super nice and helpful, making parking a breeze. The easy beach access and nearby restaurants were a plus. The pools were fantastic, and the fireworks show at night was a pleasant surprise. The views from the 21st floor were breathtaking and made my stay unforgettable.
The room wasn't ready at check-in time, causing a delay. There were issues with the balcony being unavailable due to renovations, which was disappointing for an oceanfront room.

The proximity to beautiful beaches and fun attractions was unbeatable during my stay, as I enjoyed an incredible ocean view from my spacious room's balcony and could easily stroll to nearby dining options like New York Prime or Coastal Creamery, all within a few steps, while the hotel itself offered multiple pools and spas for relaxing after a day out, but it would be nice to have better beach access for those early morning sunrises.

Great location, central with easy access to attractions. The hydration stand was a nice touch, and the on-site coffee shop was enjoyable. The pool area was inviting. Valet staff were exceptional; they took care of our bags and parking seamlessly. the room fell short. It was not cleaned upon arrival—there were cleanliness issues that shouldn't be overlooked. The bed size was disappointing, and the balcony was too small to enjoy. We experienced maintenance issues with the dishwasher and refrigerator, which needs immediate replacement. The staff’s friendliness varied; the front desk needed improvement. With renovations ongoing, the bathrooms need attention. Focus more on maintaining quality, and it could be a fantastic stay.

The bed was exceptionally cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the appliances were outdated, leading to occasional loud noises. We noticed the bathroom corners were dirty, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. the flooring seemed neglected; our socks collected dirt very quickly. Service was excellent, especially from valet and housekeeping. While we appreciated the non-smoking policy, neighboring guests did not adhere, impacting our enjoyment at times. The suite had potential but required some maintenance and cleaning improvements.

I had to wait an hour for my room, and the check-in line was insane! They never communicated when it’d be ready, and when I finally got in, the jetted tub was filthy. Such a frustrating start to my trip.

Great location with stunning oceanfront views! The concierge was friendly and helpful, and the coffee shop was a nice touch. our room had issues like a leaky toilet and sticky kitchen table, which made our stay less enjoyable. The pools were nice, but the lazy river felt too small, and it was disappointing to find the indoor pool closed for repairs. Rude service at the mini golf was frustrating, especially after a long wait at check-in. Despite these hiccups, the beach access was fantastic, and the staff's friendliness was a highlight. Would consider returning for the right price.

And let me tell you, those water slides at Myrtle Waves Water Park were EPIC! We slid down 'em so many times, it felt like we were breaking a world record!
More late-night entertainment options like a cool rooftop bar or a lively club onsite would've taken our party game to the next level! .

The room was spotless and had a fantastic ocean view, making for a great stay. The staff was attentive and provided a thoughtful gift bag upon arrival, along with the convenience of a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. We felt safe as they accommodated my child's food allergies, akin to being at home.
Some units might not be as updated as others, so it's best to inquire beforehand. We initially had a dated unit with worn-out furniture and carpets but the manager swiftly moved us to a more modern and cleaner one upon our complaint, showing excellent customer service.

The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room, which allowed me to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I desired. The sitting area was cozy, with a nice dining table where I could enjoy my meals. I did notice that the garden furniture outside could use some maintenance as it seemed a bit worn out. The free toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was convenient for longer stays. The kitchen was equipped with basic cookware and utensils, although I did find that some items needed updating or replacing. I liked the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for entertainment purposes. The carpeted floor added a touch of comfort to the room. Although the room service was prompt and efficient, I did encounter issues with the valet parking service. It seemed a bit disorganized, with a lack of assistance for families needing help with luggage.

Kids loved navigating through old-fashioned mining equipment, streams, and pinwheels just across the street from the beach.

just returned from a wonderful stay at anderson ocean club and spa by oceana resorts. the staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. our room was just right in size and had great amenities, including a kitchen area and laundry, which was really convenient for our family. having a starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus, and we also found the valet parking to be worth the extra $15 per day. i highly recommend opting for an oceanfront room for an amazing experience!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quick and accommodating switch to a lower floor when we realized our room was too high for our comfort. The spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful ocean view made our stay delightful. We will definitely return to this property. The spacious and quiet rooms, and the helpful staff make it a great choice for our next visit.

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel was absolutely incredible. The ocean views from our wrap-around balcony were breathtaking and made our experience truly unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially with regards to cleanliness and allergy concerns. The front desk staff were attentive and ensured our room was ready upon arrival. The bellman, Chip, was exceptionally helpful and even offered to assist us to and from our car. We felt well taken care of and surrounded by helpful and friendly people. The beach itself was fantastic, and we appreciated the assistance we received in setting up our umbrella. The massages and spa services were top-notch, and the staff were attentive and professional.
We did encounter some rude staff members during our stay. We felt that we were not treated equally to other guests in the hotel.

the condo was super clean and in a great spot - right on the beach without any alleys. the staff gave awesome local tips and the free golf was a major bonus!
